Dear Basketball Coaches Association of Tennessee Members,

My name is Jeff Orgain, and I have a laser design business in Trenton, Tennessee called Five to Nine Woodworks.  I specialize in designing many different customized items with a major focus targeting sports-related items.  I’m reaching out to you today to discuss several ways your teams, schools, and organizations may be able to utilize my products.  Some major areas of potential utilization include the following: athletic banquets, miscellaneous awards, records and milestones, community and staff appreciation, and even fund-raisers.  In any level of sport, these circumstances are at least an annual occurrence where certain symbols of recognition are a necessity.  Common items presented to the recipient include many types of wood plaques and small trophies.  By the way, there’s nothing wrong with that.  However, as former athletes, let’s be honest.  Plaques begin to collect dust in closets and attics within a month in most cases.  It’s simply a means to an end that holds little value to the recipient.  I am here to offer a better solution.

Below, I have attached several photos of customized sports-related frames which I have created for individual athletes, schools, and organizations in the past year.  What do you notice about these signs?  They are all customized.  They provide specific details of the individual showcasing their accomplishments.  They take a deeper look into the player/coach.  As I’m sure you all know, more than anything else, athletes and coaches alike want to feel like their contributions are valuable and meaningful.  At Five to Nine, I make a deliberate effort to provide an extra layer of customization needed to create these feelings for the recipient.  I want all the recipients of my products to feel connected to the information displayed.  Simply put, I want it to matter, just as the athletes and coaches want to matter.

On paper, what I’ve said may sound pretty good. It targets the individual.  However, I’m sure you are thinking this: “This sounds great, but there is no way customized items like these are within our budget”.  That is not true.  I have customized items with personalized details available at every price-point.  I’ve worked with several schools in the past where staying within the budget was the primary concern.  I have always been able to come up with a solution that is customizable.  All I need to know is the budget and the information that needs to be displayed.  It is my guarantee that I will come up with something that is both meaningful to the recipient, and stays within your budget.
